The Santoku style keen-edge blade is perfect for cutting, chopping, slicing and dicing. The Made in USA stainless steel blade is super tough with an overall length of 6”.
Made in USA Dymondwood is Yellow Birch plywood that is dyed and impregnated with resin to make it waterproof and very dense.
